Every year, the system of questions and software is regularly updated to help students register for review simply, easily and effectively. Thousands of students have obtained CAIA certificates thanks to this exam preparation system.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Customers need to digitize the entire question bank as well as simulate the annual CAIA exam

- Customers need to build a question bank management system to help experts have a convenient tool for editing content

- Customers need to build a series of online learning software on many different environments (Desktop, Web, Mobile) to help students around the world easily study for exams anytime, anywhere, in any situation. .

CHALLENGES

Tri Nghia's project team overcame many challenges to ensure a successful project:

- The content of the question bank is very diverse in format (image, math equation, text, ...) and must display perfectly on many browsers, many different types of devices

- The way to create CAIA exams is very complicated

- The exam content and method changes every year, requiring the software to be updated continuously

SOLUTION

- Build a couple of projects with experienced individuals in charge of each application of the system: Administration, Desktop, Web, Mobile

- Have BA to build detailed customer requirements document

- Have a change management process to track and manage the annual changes for each exam

- Using technology on .NET to build the entire system, ensuring convenient integration and interaction between applications.
