The evaluation process complies with the department's evaluation process, which includes multiple evaluation levels (internal assessment, peer review, external assessment). Each assessment level has different steps with a very complex system of forms, reports and demonstrations.

The management of the assessment process, assessment forms, and proofs for assessment are done manually, which takes a lot of time, leading to many errors that affect the quality inspection progress.
